Gelbspan started with Corporate Accountability International as a 14-year-old activist running street actions to stop GE’s manufacture of nuclear arms. Today, she coordinates the organization’s work to expose and challenge World Bank practices that are driving water privatization and deepening the global water crisis. Gelbspan has worked for social justice and corporate accountability for two decades, including for the American Prospect magazine, the Good Neighbor Project for Sustainable Development  and as a student leader at the New School. She holds master’s degrees in accounting and business, and previously audited Fortune 500 finance corporations with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston and London.

How is your donation spent?
