Webster ensures the development, oversight and implementation of the organization’s financial plans and accounting system. For over 28 years, Webster has held positions in non-profit financial management, including with Massachusetts’ Department of Education and Human Resources Division and various human and social service organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in accounting from New Hampshire College.
