College campuses and schools are gearing up for next year’s Bottled Water Free Day on March 10th, 2011 by holding Bottled Water Free sessions during their orientation week.
Have you had trouble getting through to the rest of the student body? Or maybe you’ve had great success with the upperclassmen but are struggling with the incoming classes? Either way, a bottled water free orientation event is a great way to start the year off right. You can send a message to the incoming class that bottled water has social and environmental impacts and is taboo at your school. As Annie Leonard says in her Story of Bottled Water, “Bottled water is on its way to being as cool as smoking while pregnant!”
Take the pledge and make today the first day of your bottled water free life!
